I agree to the Terms and Conditions of the LYC and understand that this is an annual contract to keep my vessel at the LYC for minimum1 year. I also certify that my vessel (if applicable) is insured with at least 3rd party liability. I understand that I MUST give 2 months written notice if I wish to terminate the contract with the LYC after the first full year and failing to do so will leave me liable to costs and interest accrued on the account whilst the contract is still effective.
